- Put the orange juice, 1 c. of the almonds and the sugar into a blender or possibly food processor and whirl till the nuts are very fine.
- 2.
- Add in the remaining c. of almonds and whirl again till very fine.
- 3.
- Knead together, cover with dampened cheesecloth, and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
