Apricot Lime Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 None lime, washed and sliced
  • 1 lb apricots, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup apricot liqueur
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 2 bottles champagne or sparkling white wine

Instructions

  1. Combine the lime slices and apricot pieces in a punch bowl and pour in the liqueur. Allow to stand for 30 minutes before filling with chilled white wine and champagne. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
