Basic Bulgur

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bulgur wheat
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the salt and the bulgur.
  3. Cover.
  4. Turn the heat to low, so that it's simmering.
  5. Let simmer for 15 minutes, until all the water is absorbed.
  6. Enjoy!
