Broiled Thyme Grapefruits
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme
- 1/4 cups Sugar ⓘ
- 4 whole Grapefruits, Halved
Instructions
- In a food processor pulse together the thyme and sugar until thoroughly combined. Preheat the broiler and place the rack on the highest setting. Slice each grapefruit in half and sprinkle with thyme sugar (you may want to check your grapefruits first to see how sweet they are and adjust the sugar to your taste). Place under the broiler and broil for 3 minutes, watching constantly. The tops with brown slightly and the sugar will bubble. Serve immediately.
