Cuzco Mule
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Quebranta pisco
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- About 3 oz. ginger beer ⓘ
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
Instructions
- In a copper mug, mix pisco and lime juice. Fill with ice and top off with ginger beer.
- Stir briefly, then add bitters.
- Garnish with a wedge of lime.
