Ingredients

  • 1 qt. fruit, cut into small pieces
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. In heavy pan, bring to a boil.
  2. Boil 3 minutes.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon alum.
  4. Boil 2 minutes.
  5. Jar and seal.
