Fall Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (I used Duncan Heines), 2 eggs, 1/2 cup apple sauce, about 16oz. pumpkin, 2 diced up apples (I used Honey Crisp Apples), 1 Tlbs. cinnamon, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp. vanilla. ⓘ
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350, prepare cup cake pan with either liners or grease.
- Mix all wet ingredients together first then add the dry.
- Cook for approx. 20 min. or until firm and passes the clean knife test.
- They shouldn't rise too much, so if they fall a little after baking it's ok. They are too good to care about looks.
