French Meat Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork butts, ground
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. bread cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sage or choice of seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook all ingredients in a frying pan until bubbly.
  2. Serve as a side dish or as turkey stuffing (let cool before stuffing turkey). Stuffs a 5 to 6 pound turkey.
  3. Add 2 pounds ground beef to double recipe.
