Frozen Rum Cake

Ingredients

  • sponge cake
  • rum or flavoring
  • vanilla or chocolate ice cream

Instructions

  1. Put a thin layer of sponge cake in a refrigerator tray. Sprinkle generously with rum.
  2. Cover with a layer of ice cream. Put another layer of cake on top and sprinkle it with rum.
  3. Leave in freezer to become firm.
  4. Cut into slices to serve.
