Fruit Filled Watermelon

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. each strained lemon, lime and orange juice
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut thin horizontal slice from bottom of watermelon so it will rest evenly.
  2. Slice watermelon lengthwise in half.
  3. Carve a decorative zigzag edge from sliced edge of 1/2 of the melon. Scoop out fruit to form a bowl.
  4. Scoop melon balls from second half.
  5. Fill bowl with watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries or any other fresh fruits in season.
  6. Pour Aloha Sauce over fruit in bowl; toss lightly (or use as dip).
