Grapefruit Cape
Ingredients
- mint sprigs
- 3 to 4 tsp. sugar ⓘ
- 2 to 3 grapefruits, cut in segments (enough to make 2 c.)
Instructions
- Crush 6 to 8 leaves of mint with the sugar and sprinkle it over the grapefruit segments.
- Macerate in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Serve in a chilled sherbet glass or goblet with a mint sprig on top.
