Holiday Bourbon Slushy

- Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 Black Tea bags let sit for 10 mins. Squeeze out water from bags to get all of the flavor
- In a large container with a lid that will fit in your freezer (we use a 15"x 10" Pyrex), mix together the Tea, Bourbon, Concentrated OJ, Concentrated Lemonade, and Pineapple Juice.
- Cover, and place in Freezer for 1 day
- Every 6 - 12 hours stir to break up ice blocks keeping the consistency "slushy"
- To serve, spoon in slushy to your favorite glassware, and pour Prosecco over slushy to taste.
