jack & coke cake balls

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup white melting chocolate
  • 1 cup coolwhip
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup jack daniels

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. make cake as directed, substitute water for 1 cup coke.
  3. spray non stick 9x13 pan bake as directed.
  4. let cool 5 min then brake apart add alcohol and stir till obsorbed.
  5. now add cool whip & caramel mix well, will be sticky.
  6. line a pan with seran wrap and with a small melon scooper start forming small balls n place on lined tray.
  7. place balls in freezer to chill 15 minutes while you heat your chocolate.
  8. heat your chocolate over a double boiler once ready dip your balls with 2 forks coating them completely and place on lined tray.
  9. once done you can garnish with candie sprinkles & cocoa powder.
  10. place into fridge for atleast 1 hour to set.
