jack & coke cake balls
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup white melting chocolate
- 1 cup coolwhip
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup jack daniels ⓘ
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350.
- make cake as directed, substitute water for 1 cup coke.
- spray non stick 9x13 pan bake as directed.
- let cool 5 min then brake apart add alcohol and stir till obsorbed.
- now add cool whip & caramel mix well, will be sticky.
- line a pan with seran wrap and with a small melon scooper start forming small balls n place on lined tray.
- place balls in freezer to chill 15 minutes while you heat your chocolate.
- heat your chocolate over a double boiler once ready dip your balls with 2 forks coating them completely and place on lined tray.
- once done you can garnish with candie sprinkles & cocoa powder.
- place into fridge for atleast 1 hour to set.
