Ingredients

  • 2 large fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig
  • 4 ounces semisweet hard apple cider
  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker or large glass. Add cider, bourbon, and simple syrup. Stir, and pour (strain if you like) over ice in a lowball glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
