Ingredients

  • juice of 2 lemons
  • grated rind of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Mix juice, rind, sugar and cream together.
  2. Put 4 tablespoons mixture into julep cup.
  3. Fill with beverage and stir well. Garnish with mint.
  4. Serves 8.
