Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar has dissolved completely.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Strain into a clean container, cover and refrigerate.
- Can keep in refrigerator for two weeks.
