Ingredients

  • 1 qt. undiluted evaporated milk
  • 3 c. fresh strawberry pulp
  • 1 to 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly and pour into 1 gallon canister of ice
  2. cream maker.
  3. Pack ice and salt around canister. Process
  4. according to
  5. manufacturer's
  6. directions. Allow
  7. ice cream to harden about 2 hours in freezer or repack canister
  8. in ice and salt until serving time.
  9. Makes 10 small servings.
