Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
- Add juice; allow to cool to room temperature.
- Fold in sherbet and vanilla. Refrigerate until partially set.
- Fold in oranges; pour into mold. Allow to set overnight.
- This is very good made in a ring mold and the center filled with chicken salad.
- Serves 10 to 12.
