Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh or frozen salmon fillets
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 squeezes of lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Place salmon on grill or on broiler pan. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon and dill weed; smooth over salmon.
  2. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
