Orange Garlic Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oranges
  • garlic
  • salt
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Peel oranges, remove pulp and place slices in a mixing bowl. Peel and slice garlic to taste.
  2. Add garlic to oranges with salt. Cover with vegetable oil.
  3. Let set at room temperature for 2 hours.
