Orange Mint Ice Cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cut of fresh mint
  • 12 orange, sliced
  • 1 12 quarts water

Instructions

  1. Use Orange or Lemon mint.
  2. In large saucepan, combine mint, orange slices and water.
  3. Bring to simmer and remove from heat.
  4. Steep for 1 to 2 hours.
  5. strain mix and add food coloring.
  6. Let cool then ladle into trays.
  7. Freeze until firm at least 4 hours.
  8. Servings will vary according to your mold so I listed it as water content and cooking is freezing.
