Pineapple Frozen Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped summer fruit (pineapple, oranges, strawberries, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Puree fruit in blender, adding a tablespoon or 2 of water if necessary. Add sugar, if desired, and lemon juice and blend.
  2. Pour into bar molds or small cups and insert sticks. Freeze until solid.
