Pineapple Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. water
  • 7 tea bags
  • 1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan bring water to boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add tea bags.
  4. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Discard tea bags. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and sugar.
  6. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Serves 5.
