Plum Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. water
  • 1 large can plums (pits and syrup)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil water.
  2. Add plums with syrup, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice (approximately 1 tablespoon).
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
  5. Can be served hot or cold over noodles or plain.
