Plum Soup

Instructions
- In a pot, boil water.
- Add plums with syrup, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice (approximately 1 tablespoon).
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream.
- Can be served hot or cold over noodles or plain.
