Quick Battered Bluegills

Instructions
- Rinse fillets and dip in dry pancake batter.
- Then mix 2 cups pancake batter using milk in place of water.
- For a thicker coating, use less milk.
- Add remaining ingredients to pancake mix. Dip fillets in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Number of servings varies.
