Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the wine and sugar and simmer over moderate heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Remove from the heat and let cool.
