Simply rice pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 cup whole milk
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar/honey or split

Instructions

  1. Add milk, water, sugar and rice to a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Watch to make sure it does not overflow.
  3. After mixture has boiled and almost overflowed.
  4. add cinnamon stick and simmer for 1hr.
  5. Mixing often!
  6. Once it's too rice pudding consistency add vanilla and cool in fridge
