Instructions
- Add milk, water, sugar and rice to a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Watch to make sure it does not overflow.
- After mixture has boiled and almost overflowed.
- add cinnamon stick and simmer for 1hr.
- Mixing often!
- Once it's too rice pudding consistency add vanilla and cool in fridge
