Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Spanish brandy
  • 3/4 ounce East India sherry
  • 1/2 ounce Licor 43 (citrus-and-vanilla-flavored Spanish liqueur)

Instructions

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
  2. Add the brandy, sherry, Licor 43 and bitters and stir well.
  3. Strain into a chilled double rocks glass and garnish with the flamed twist.
