Ingredients

  • 12 cup pure water
  • 1 12 inches piece gingerroot (diced)
  • 1 cup tahini (raw)
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • 1 lemon, juice of

Instructions

  1. Mix together well and add to your favourite salad.
