- Wash and skin a plump frying chicken.
- Put in crock-pot; cover with Italian dressing.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- (If oven cooking is preferred, place chicken in a covered casserole dish and bake at 350° for one hour, or until meat falls from bone.)
