Watermelon Tequila Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb watermelon, rind removed and cubed
  • 2 None limes, juiced
  • 1/2 cup Italian aperitif
  • 1/2 cup tequila

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients until smooth. Strain then distribute between 20 popsicle molds. Freeze for around 2 hours, or until partially set. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of molds. Return to freezer until fully frozen.
  2. To serve, place popsicles in a glass of sparkling wine or fizzy water.
