  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the mixture about 17 times by hand.
  2. Mix and put in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (or longer, if needed).
