15 Minute Rice

Ingredients

  • One bad of Success Rice
  • One containter of fresh chopped mushrooms
  • 1C frozen corn
  • 1C frozen petite peas
  • 1tbsp EVOO
  • 1tbsp diced garlic
  • 1tbsp margerine (Parkay)

Instructions

  1. Heat water for instant rice. In a medium saucepan, combine EVOO, margerine and garlic until garlic begins to brown.Add corn and peas over medium heat until rice is done (about 5 minutes) Drain rice and add to vegetale mixture. Season with maggai sauce to taste! This is a wonderful side dish, to any meal and great as a meal!
