Instructions
- Cut apricots into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Cook 15 minutes or until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
- Boil rapidly, stirring often, until syrup is thick.
- Ladle at once in hot jars.
- Top with a layer of melted paraffin.
