Ingredients

  • 1 lb. apricots (3 c.)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cut apricots into small pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Cook 15 minutes or until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
  4. Boil rapidly, stirring often, until syrup is thick.
  5. Ladle at once in hot jars.
  6. Top with a layer of melted paraffin.
