Angel Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces jello strawberry
  • 1 package frozen strawberries thawed
  • 1 cake angel food loaf, 11 oz.

Instructions

  1. Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Pour strawberry juice in measuring cup and add cold water to make 2 cups.
  3. Mix with hot Jello.
  4. Chill to slightly thicken.
  5. Add strawberries and mix.
  6. Cut angel food cake into cubes in 13"x9" sheet pan.
  7. Pour Jello over cake and mix.
  8. Chill.
  9. Cut into squares, spread with topping.
