Apple Custard Torte

Instructions
- Mix flour, oleo and 3 tablespoons sugar and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Slice apples on top of crust to fill pan.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Five minutes before done, pour over apples the pudding (prepared according to directions).
- Cool and refrigerate overnight.
- Spread with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
