Apple Custard Torte

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flor
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • sliced apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, oleo and 3 tablespoons sugar and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Slice apples on top of crust to fill pan.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  5. Five minutes before done, pour over apples the pudding (prepared according to directions).
  6. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Spread with Cool Whip.
  8. Sprinkle with nuts.
