Instructions
- Place ingredients (do not mix) in 1/2 gallon flat topped glass jar.
- Turn the jar twice a day.
- Allowing the jar to sit on its top for half the day.
- Do this for 8 days and your first batch is ready.
- You may use the same apricots, more sugar and vodka to make another batch only let the second batch sit for 12 to 14 days.
- The apricots can be used for bread after the brandy is finished.
