Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Using a sharp serrated knife, halve bagels to make 2 semicircles.
  2. Slice horizontally into 1/8-inch thick slices. Place in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Brush both sides lightly with oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  4. Bake at 400°
  5. for about 12 minutes, or until crisp and light golden.
