- Saute the cup of onions, celery and pepper slightly, then add to pork and beans and corned beef hash; add garlic and barbecue sauce.
- Place mixture in baking dish and stripe with bacon slices. Bake in 325° oven for approximately 1 hour or until bacon is cooked.
- May cover with foil for first 30 minutes, then uncover so bacon may brown.
