Baked Fresh Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. fresh kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, salt and corn, tossing lightly to mix evenly. Place in lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Add milk and stir lightly. Cover. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer or until done.
