Ingredients

  • 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast (1/4 lb./115 g)
  • 1 pineapple ring
  • 1 green pepper ring

Instructions

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Place chicken in centre of large sheet heavy-duty foil; top with remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring up foil sides.
  4. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  5. Grill 15 min.
  6. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
  7. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
