Basic Crockpot Rabbit

Ingredients

  • 2 fryer rabbits
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper rabbit. Place in crockpot. Add water and garlic.
  2. Cook on low about 6 hours.
  3. Remove rabbit, cool slightly, remove meat from bones.
  4. Serve plain or with gravy, BBQ sauce, taco or fajita seasoning, etc.
