Basic Fluffy Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Heat water to boiling.
  2. Combine with rice, salt and butter in covered casserole.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  4. Do not lift lid during baking.
  5. Fluff with fork and serve.
