- Beat egg yolks and add sugar (slowly).
- Add slowly the liquor. Beat until it thickens enough to hold a slight peak when whip is withdrawn.
- Depends on utensil used (could take up to 5 minutes). Makes enough to fill a birthday torte or 1 dozen creme puffs.
