Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Marsala, vermouth or any liquor of your choice

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and add sugar (slowly).
  2. Add slowly the liquor. Beat until it thickens enough to hold a slight peak when whip is withdrawn.
  3. Depends on utensil used (could take up to 5 minutes). Makes enough to fill a birthday torte or 1 dozen creme puffs.
