Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked beans, mashed
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2/3 c. soy mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine.
  2. Makes a delicious sandwich spread.
  3. May also add fresh, chopped onions.
