Beer Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces coconut-flavored rum
  • 12 ounces lager or light beer

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice.
  2. Add the pineapple juice and rum and shake.
  3. Strain into a 20-ounce beer mug or Pilsner glass.
  4. Top off with the beer and stir briefly.
  5. Garnish with the pineapple spear and slice.
