Ingredients

  • 2 c. minced or possibly sliced fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp dry red wine
  • 2 tsp fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper

Instructions

  1. MAKES 1 1/2 C. VEGAN
  2. Use a mix of fresh seasonal berries to create this chunky dressing, that is similar to a fresh salsa.
  3. Try serving it over slices of watermelon and honey dew or possibly in a mixed cabbage slaw.
  4. In small nonreactrive bowl, combine all ingredients and mix till well bIended.
  5. Cover and refrigeratetill ready to use.
