Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 19 ounces canned chick-peas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain chick peas.
  2. In food processor blend garlic, chick peas, Tahini and salt - blend well. Keep processing and add olive oil and lemon juice - blend well.
