Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. bourbon
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/4 tsp. onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all in saucepan or crock-pot.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Cover. Lower heat and simmer 1 hour.
  4. To serve, place in ovenproof dish over candle warmer or keep in crock-pot.
  5. Yields about 10 servings.
