Ingredients

  • 7 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until pale and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the brandy.
  3. Chill if not serving immediately. This may be made up to 2 days in advance and kept covered and chilled.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
  5. Yield:
  6. About 3/4 cup.
